Whilst we want you to love every piece as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right.
Returns for Accessories purchased instore or online
We’re happy to offer you 28 days to make up your mind. If you decide something isn’t for you, simply return it to us in the same condition it was received, with tags and packaging intact, and we’ll refund you the cost of the piece.
Please note we do not accept returns for IA Collection furniture, bespoke Furniture or made to measure items including upholstery, curtains and shades. Items chosen by you with our designers as part of a scheme are also non-refundable once the deposit for your scheme has been paid.
Small Items can be returned to our Shop, Interiors Atelier 23 Dunville Avenue, Ranelagh, Dublin 6

Heavy & Fragile Items: Furniture
We do our utmost to give you comprehensive guidance when choosing the right piece of furniture for your home.
All furniture items are refundable however, there may be a restocking or handling fee.
We recommend all furniture is delivered to your front door and you arrange help to get it into position. Please advise us if there is stairs up to the front door for large items as we may have to ask you to pay for a 2 man delivery.

IA Collection and Custom Made Items:
As all these items are made to order and must be paid in full before we place the order to our makers, we do not accept ANY returns on bespoke items including furniture, lighting, fabrics, curtains or blinds.
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, manufacturing can begin. Once in Production, custom made items cannot be altered or changed.

Design Services One Hour Consultancy: Terms & Conditions
Please note this is a one-off callout fee for our expertise & advice on your scheme. It includes a one hour Design Consultancy and a follow up presentation meeting in the shop - up to one hour. We will then liaise with you to agree your scheme.
Once your scheme has been agreed and a deposit paid for your items, the consultancy has been concluded.
Items ordered on your behalf will be managed and seen to conclusion by us.
There is no refund or exchange on items ordered or purchased on your behalf by Interiors Atelier. All IA Design Service purchases on your behalf including lighting, fittings & furniture - and for bespoke items like curtains, upholstery and IA Collection furniture are final.
There is an understanding that the consultancy is limited to one follow up meeting over a 2 Month period.
Any further work will come under a new contract. We thank you for your understanding.
Items ordered and delivered to our shop must be collected within 28 working days of their delivery. We can help arrange delivery with our courier services. Otherwise items will be subject to a storage charge.
Please note as standard domestic upholstery fabric is not always treated for fire retardancy. Please ask us if you wish to have your fabric treated and we can recommend a suitable contractor.
Deliveries
We do our utmost to deliver your pieces in perfect condition. Large items like furniture can be delivered to ground floor hallway only. Please tell us if you have stairs up to the front door or need an item taken upstairs - we will then arrange for 2 men and it may need an additional fee.
